PET SITTING CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require an Email, Human Voice Contact or Written Notice for cancellations;
[voice messages will not be acceptable]
cancellation refunds are as follows:
- 96 hour cancellation notice for a full refund of your deposit. *
- 72 hour cancellation notice for a 50% refund of your deposit.*
- Anything less than 72 hour cancellation notice will not result in a refund of any kind.*
IN HOME BOARDING [BONES AND BOARDING] CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the high demand of our in home boarding services and the VERY limited availability we do not offer any refunds on the 25% deposit to hold your boarding spot. When you reserve a spot its prevents another family from being able to therefore if you have to cancel your 25% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please be sure you are 100% sure that you will require our services before booking. We understand things do come up such as last min. emergencies and changes of plans and will credit your deposit to your next schedule service dates with us if your original plans change but again there are no cash refunds for your in home boarding reservation deposits.
*ALL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF OUR SERVICES.

$5 surcharge applies to all services preformed during the following:
AFTER HOURS:
- - Monday-Saturday: 8pm-7am
- - Sunday: All Day
AND OBSERVED HOLIDAYS: [pet sits incur $5 ea visit fee / boarding guests incur $10 day fee]
- Every Sunday ALL DAY! [additional boarding fees no longer apply to Sunday]
- Valentine's Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Good Friday-Easter
- Mother's & Father's Day
- Memorial Day Weekend
- July 3 - July 5
- Sept 1 - Labor Day
- October 31 [visits after 6 pm]
- Day Before & After Thanksgiving [DAILY RATE DOUBLES ON THANKSGIVING DAY]
- Dec. 20 - 23
- Dec. 26 - Jan. 2 [DAILY RATE DOUBLES ON CHRISTMAS EVE & DAY & NEW YEARS EVE NIGHT & NEW YEARS DAY]

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES:
$15 Emergency fee applies to each emergency service needed during our Emergency Hours or any service requests with less than 72 hours notice prior to first service time.

EMERGENCY SURCHARGE
LATE PAYMENT:
Late payments will be subject to a 10% late fee each calendar month payment is overdue. Outstanding accounts may experience service interruption and legal action may be taken for accounts that are 60 days past due. Please understand and respect this is a business and we appreciate it if you would treat it as such with prompt payments. This is our FULL TIME business.
RETURNED CHECKS:
In the event a check is returned you will be billed a $25 returned check fee in addition to your service bill.

- Key Pick up is complimentary if performed during Initial Interview, if performed outside of Interview time there is a $10 Pick Up fee & $10 Drop Off fee w/in our service radius.
- Our Interview times average 60 mins.
- additional fees for services outside of our 10 mile radius.

S.N.I.P.S. PROGRAM:
If you pet is spayed or neutered and you can provide proof during our initial meet and greet interview you will receive an additional 5% discount on your total. All pets in household must be altered to receive this discount.
NEW CLIENT RUFF-ERRALS:$$$$ NEW RUFF-ERRAL CREDIT AMOUNT, EARN MORE WITH EACH REFERRAL YOU SEND $$$$
Receive a $10 credit now instead of just $5 towards a pet service we provide when you refer new customers that purchase 2 or more service times in 1 month.
GRATIUTIY /TIPS: TIPS are welcome and very much appreciated.
BONES & BOARDING DISCOUNTS: 10 or more days earns you a 5% discount. Multiple dogs from the same household earn a 5% discount.
POTTY BREAKS: 1 month paid contract will earn you an additional 5% off your final total. 6 months paid will earn 5% off your total bill.
PET SITS: 10 or more days booked consecutively earn 5% off your total bill.
